Hobbies Playing music, dancing, eating, fightingJev can be described as lively by most people. Life hadn't been easy for Jev or his twin, so much so that he doesn't remember most of it , only what his brother Ciri recalls.He knows their parents are gone.
He knows they must've traveled far to get here in these snowy mounds.
He knows its impossible to survive here.Fate was kind for once, a kind nun found the two wandering about and brought them to the land of Ishgard. Outsiders are rarely welcomed there, it was not easy for the young Viera to blend in, and this set in a seed of bitterness in Jev. Nevertheless, he took the snide remarks in stride and kept his head down. For Ciri's sake, he put on a strong and cheerful demeanor, trying to look on the brightside and find the best possible outcome. As he grew, he presented himself as proud, loud and confident, to which it makes him many friends but also, many enemies.Refusing to stay in Ishgard for this long, though it granted him safety, he needed to travel and see the world, with his brother with him. From being so restless, he needs to be doing something, so you can often find him in bars or in the adventurer's guild, looking for fun or a fight. More often than not, he gets into a fight, and more often than not, he wins.Gil is always on his mind, its the way he and his brother survive of course! So you can see him doing the occasional odd job or leves to get some extra gil. If he has enough to spare, he can be seen heading to the Golden Saucer to try his luck, much to Ciri's dismay. He has other ways of earning gil too, frequenting bars and clubs. He's not above a quick fling in an alley, he finds no shame in it, and besides, he's good at it, why not start to charge?Though vivacious and always looking for something to do, he has a soft side, one that he is eager to show. Fiercely loyal to his friends and family, he does not let any slight against them slide. Events from his past have left his heart scarred.As a young man, he was involved with another young man from a distinguished noble household. Their meetings had to be in secret of course, sneaking away to meet where there would be no prying eyes or nosy gossips. Jev had fallen hard for the man, his first love. He didn't mind much when he saw the other man begin to call for him less and less, sometimes catching him with other men during the dead of night. Their meetings became fewer and fewer, until the man hardly spared him a glance. Try as he might, Jev was not able to win the mans affections again, and he did not take this well. It took months and months of heavy drinking and bad decisions which led to being wrapped up in bad situations to come back to his normal self. This relationship haunts him, maybe that's why he wants to feel that love again, though its debated on whether that love was real at all. In the meantime, he surrounds himself with new friends, his charming smile bringing people in to chat with this lively Viera. Though he has friends and his brother, he longs for a romantic partner he can call his, or at least someone he can be close to. Even if it's a bunch of someones.There is something darker lurking under that smile. Something he isn't afraid to use when push comes to shove. Many a time he's come back to Ciri with some bruised knuckles and blood on his clothes, but always a cheerful smile on his face and gil in his pocket. It's that empty, almost cruel smile that unnerves him, like something switched inside Jev, something that wants to give into the rage buried inside him and crave nothing but blood...
